It's that famous old saying: you can only love others once you love yourself!


We have listed 5 basic tools below to help love yourself.


1. Acceptance:


Forgive yourself and accept the decisions you made to get you where you are today


2. Embrace:


Love yourself for being...yourself! Not for what you have or have not done


3. Happiness:


We've all heard it before, but seriously - do what makes you happy


4. Responsibility:


Take responsibility - you are the author of your world


5. Celebrate:


Focus on the present moment and feel grateful for what you aleady have. Don't focus on what has gone wrong or the negativity of situations
